Holly Larner-Chute, our very own in-house event professional and founder has had a glittering career in the events industry that boasts over a decade of experience.

How do you recruit staff for an event?

We recruit our staff based on their expertise within the sector they are representing. All of our staff have hands-on experience and are individually selected based on their skill set to ensure the highest level of professionalism for your event.

How many staff do you need for an event?

Dependant on the type of event you are looking to staff this can vary. If you are unsure on how many staff you require we are happy to assist you with making this decision and make suggestions based on our knowledge within the industry.


There is no minimum amount of hours you can book our staff for but there is a minimum charge of 6hrs which is our half day rate which can vary depending on the staff that you require, this is why all of our quotes are tailored to your individual needs.

How do you train staff for an event?

All of our staff have experience working across multiple sectors of the industry and are purposefully hand selected for your event.

To make sure that our staff are properly briefed for your event we require you to provide us with information prior so that we are able to put together an informative and intricate briefing document which our staff will receive before your event goes live!

It’s An Easy Process Hiring Your Event Staff With Effervescent Events

All of our staff are hand selected for you by our booking agent who will match your bespoke requirements and focus on your wants and needs.

01. Complete Contact Form

Please complete the contact form detailing the services you require, including a brief description of your event and any questions you may have for us.

02. Receive Your Quote

When we have received your contact form we will endeavour to respond within 24hrs. You will receive a quotation based on the information you have provided us. Once you have agreed the quotation we will send you a copy of your contract along with an invoice with our payment terms and how to proceed.

03. Book Your Call

Once we have received your deposit we can arrange a call at your convenience to finalise any details you may have and provide us with any briefing documentation that our staff may require prior to your event.
